Ah, Valentine's Day. Love, hearts, pink, red, candy, cheesy pickup lines, what's not to love?
Oh, right. Except there's no Valentine's Day on Pern. But it'd be a shame to waste a perfectly good opportunity to throw random characters together in zany scenarios and see what happens.
So here's how it's gonna work.
On February 13th, we'll be taking all of the characters signed up for the event and running them through a randomizer to pair them off, and each pair will be given a random scenario to base their thread around (such as being stuck in the rain together, locked in a room, or having something important of theirs stolen by the same wild firelizard). The characters don't have to thread together, but this is a chance for characters to meet people they might not ordinarily meet, and it'll be fun.
If there's an odd number of characters signed up, I'll drop one of mine out of the event, and if someone randomizes two of their own characters together, we'll reroll until you've been paired up with another player.
So, post below with the characters you want to enter into the randomizer, and if anyone has ideas for random scenarios, we could use some suggestions, too!
